In this 6-week guided program, Dr. Anie will take you step-by-step through the science, the practices, and the personalized tools to help your body and mind return to safety, calm, and balance. Drawing on over 40 years of clinical experience in osteopathy, integrative medicine, breathwork, and emotional regulation, this program is your personal introduction to restoring nervous system health. You’ll learn how your stress response operates, why you may feel "stuck" in patterns of tension, and most importantly, how to gently interrupt these cycles with practical tools you can apply daily. Course 1

The Body Unwound Fascia, Cranial Flow & Structural Integration
Physical tension, chronic pain, and structural imbalances often hold far more than just tight muscles. Our bodies carry emotional patterns, trauma, and years of unconscious compensation that affect posture, breathing, circulation, and overall well-being. In this powerful 6-week program, Dr. Anie guides you into the world of somatic and structural healing — teaching you how to gently release, restore, and reconnect with your physical body. Using principles from osteopathy, cranial sacral therapy, fascia release, breath integration, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to work with your body as a system of flow, energy, and alignment — not simply muscle tension. You’ll discover how chronic holding patterns can be softened and unwound, leading to profound relief not only physically, but emotionally as well. The Inner Healer Emotional Integration & Compassionate Inquiry
Often, beneath the physical symptoms lies unresolved emotional material — grief, trauma, fear, or suppressed emotional patterns that quietly affect our health, energy, and relationships. This 6-week program offers a safe, compassionate, and expertly guided space for emotional healing using a blend of Dr. Anie’s advanced clinical training in Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté), hypnotherapy, breathwork, and somatic inquiry. This is not therapy — it’s guided personal work designed to help you meet yourself with greater compassion, awareness, and understanding. You’ll gently explore how emotions are stored and expressed in the body, how early experiences shape your stress responses, and how you can begin to safely release what no longer serves you — creating new patterns of resilience and emotional freedom.
